Major renovation in Padstow

For the past few weeks we have been busy working on a project in Padstow.

What started off as a fairly large but straightforward re roofing project has evolved into a major renovation and we are pleased with the progress we are making.

Whilst removing the slates on the main roof it was apparent that the whole structure needed renewal and we set to work building the A frames which support the roof.

In doing this, the owners requested some changes be made to the structure.

We raised the level of the roof by two feet, made the access wider, fitting velux rooflights, and built a new doorway to the roof we have created in the loft space.

We are pleased to say that the owners are very happy with our progress and the works continue.
